KinX Management is headed up by Tamar Peters who has been in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. Her unique wealth of knowledge and vast experience, having worked in all areas of marketing and sales, gives her a diverse understanding of the needs of the business industry.
She recently developed the unique and ground breaking concept of Organic Marketing and Sales which has revolutionised the business industry. This world renowned concept focuses on low cost high return strategies which mirror the dramatic changes happening in today’s competitive market.
Tamar is a Director on the Council of Meetings Industry Association (MIA), where she is responsible for the Education and Training Portfolio. She is also an affiliate member of the British Association of Conference Destination (BACD) and one of their top Venue Marketing and Event Management trainers. She is often asked to speak at industry events as well as being a judge for a number of industry award ceremonies.
Tamar has previously worked with a variety of industries including venues, hotels, catering companies, training organisations and other small businesses. During this time she helped many businesses to increase their sales revenues, improve their business management systems and procedures and reduce their expenditure. She has also helped develop key management personnel.
