We are passionate about training. Why? It's simple.......The better trained we are the more knowledge we have to control the outcome of our efforts!
We run a number of industry specific training courses independently and in partnership the British Association of Conference Destinations (BACD). These are public courses held throughout the country. We also offer in-house options and bespoke courses dependent on minimum numbers.

Course costs start from £195 + Vat per person per day. Discounts are
available on groups and if you are a member of the BACD, HBAA or MIA.

- Understand and implement the principles of Event Management. A
2 day course created for delegates who have to organise all types
of events from non profit organisations, associations and corporate
companies, booking agencies, venues/hotels and event management

Communications in Marketing (1 day)
- Effective communication has become a vital necessity in our industry
with everyone being constantly bombarded with so much information
on a daily basis. Networking is the new sales/marketing and is a
skill that can easily be learned. This course has been specifically
designed to develop your communication through dynamic networking
and presentation skills, understanding the basics on how to write
effective advertising material, powerful e-mail campaigns and “stand
out” direct mail shots.
